Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States & Internationally

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover etc.

How can I track my order?

Upon checkout you will receive an email that we have received your order. We are a made to order small company so please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order.

Once we ship out your product, you will receive a second email with your USPS tracking number.

How will the product be packaged upon arrival?

All jewelry comes packaged in a gift box - perfect for giving to yourself or others!

Can I exchange or refund an item?

We do not offer refunds. We do offer store credit and exchanges, provided your product is free of damage. Please contact us within 7 days of your package and we will happily work with you to get you something you love.

What happens if my item breaks? 

Like all wooden jewelry our pieces can be fragile and must be handled with care. We know that sometimes accidents can happen. So if your item does break please contact us.
